My 30 Day Challenge!^^

I've felt I was stuck in a rut because I continue doing something I am not interested in again and again, so I have made 30-day challenges for me.Let me tell you about my 30-day challenge.

         Habits I want to ADD 

  • Waking up at 6 A.M. sharp
  • Being interested in math
  • Studying science every day
  • Concentrating on my study
  • Eating Kimchi 


        



        Habits I want to SUBTRACT
  • Being lazy
  • Playing games
  • Eating too sugary food
  • Not concentrating on studying
 Goal 1: Waking up at 6 A.M. sharp
What steps do I need to take to achieve this goal?
  Step 1: I have to sleep deeply
  Step 2: I shouldn't be tired very much the day before
  Step 3: I have to sleep early, like 11 or 11:20

 Goal 2: Being interested in math
What steps do I need to take to achieve this goal?
  Step 1: Solving fun math problems such as logic puzzles or sudoku
  Step 2: Reading books about math
  Step 3: Loving math!^^

 Goal 3: Concentrating on my study
What steps do I need to take to achieve this goal?
  Step 1: Cleaning the room before studying
  Step 2: Doing something I like
  Step 3: Trying not to think about something else.
